Building this two-storey budget home has been both a challenge and a pleasure for us. A challenge because of the relatively small lot to build this house on, compelling our architects to draw a floor plan which should result to the most efficient use of available space. A pleasure because once again we are given the opportunity to prove that architectural elegance doesn't always carry a high price.

Meandering log steps toward the main door. Spotlight-illuminated tile path down the foyer. Stylized wall in the living room. Chandelier coming forth the dome-shaped concavity up a cathedral type ceiling in the living room. Anywhere you look your thoughts will be stimulated by carefully conceived visual design. This minimalist-inspired, feng shui-aware home simply refuses to be ignored.
Our first commercial project in Cavite (06/18/06)
If you happen to pass by GMA in Cavite en route to Tagaytay sight-seeing and recreation, why not take some time off the driving monotony by relaxing at one of the better rest-stops in the area, which by chance is also our just completed project—a four-building apartelle complex. We think we've done an especially good job in the interior design of the apartelle's VIP rooms.
