About ASAI

Asiaphil Systems Automation, Inc. ( ASAI ) is a Service Business Unit of the ASIAPHIL Group that specializes in Energy Management & Power Monitoring, Substation Automation, and Control & Protection Systems.

ASAI provides system solutions both in the Electrical Utility segment (Generation, Transmission & Distribution) as well as Industrial/Commercial sector. It provides an intelligent system for the monitoring, protection, and control of their power systems at reasonable prices.

Responsibilities of EDU

1. Issuance of Board Resolution.
2. Issuance of initial non-refundable deposit.
3. Issuance of Post Dated Check (PDC) for the monthly amortization.
4. Permits (municipal, environmental permits, right of way etc.).
5. Developed property ( min. 300 sq. meters ) with access road.
6. Transfer fee upon completion of rental payments.

Steps in Availing the Rent-to-Own Package

1. Signify your interest by contacting our Representative.
2. Choose a Package with a corresponding Monthly Rental Scheme.
3. Issue Board Resolution acquiring HOPE Substation Rental Package
4. Sign contract.
5. Issue non-refundable deposit and issue Notice to Proceed to AHI.
6. Commence construction until ready for energization.
7. Test and accept.
8. Issue post dated checks.
9. Energize.
10. Implement program/schedule maintenance activities.
11. After last rental payment, transfer of ownership to EDU.
