RSP LIM CONSTRUCTION (est. 1994) is a general contractor and developer of housing units, condominiums, recreational amenities, and other buildings. Living by its definition of quality, “doing things right the first time,” the company builds on meaningful relationships with top tier clients, which include the National Government, Ayala Land Inc, Filinvest Land Inc., and Megaworld Corporation.
RSP LIM CONSTRUCTION is also a registered real estate developer, operating The Boni Tower in Mandaluyong City. This 16-storey building is a green building project registered under the BUILDING FOR ECOLOGICALLY RESPONSIVE DESIGN EXCELLENCE (BERDE) Program of the Philippine Green Building Council. It is already fully finished and is ready for sale and lease. At present, the company is an ISO Certified with PCAB License No. 17664, Category AA. It is a member of the Philippine Constructors Association and Women in Infrastructure, Inc.
