Shearing
Our sheering equipment is capable of cutting materials from 0.5mm to 6mm thick.
CNC Laser Cutting
BlueSteel owns two laser cutting machines.
The Amada LC 3015 F1 NT Laser Cutting Machine is rated at 4kw and capable of cutting up to 25mm steel plates.
The Amada LC Pulsar 2415 Laser Cutting Machine is designed for short-run production of steel sheets of up to 12mm thick.
CNC Punching
Our 20-ton Amada Aries 245 Turret Punch Press has a wide range of tooling to handle most punching requirements.
Our 30-ton Amada Pega 357 Turret Punch Press can handle a maximum sheet size up to 6.35mm thick mild steel.
CNC Bending
We have CNC bending machines to meet production demands with reasonable lead time.

BLUESTEEL’s long experience in the use of Alibre Design, Solid Works, Sheet work, AP-100, Dr. Abe Bend, BricsCad and AutoCAD design softwares makes more efficient the manufacturing processes based on your product designs. Our skilled staff is also able to analyze and unfold your 3D models. Precision fabrication prototypes of your sheet metal components can be produced in a timely manner.
