About the Developer
The Real Estate Companies were primarily engaged in real estate development in Cebu. With Daniel Arcenas as President and Chief Executive Officer, the company initially ventured into subdivision development with the Cebu Green Meadows Subdivision in Banawa in 1991. Green Meadows as it is now known has a total area of 1.2 hectares subdivided into 19 lots for sale. All the lots were sold by 1993. Envisioned as a cozy community for middle income families, the subdivision boasts of concrete perimeter fence, landscape entrance gate and guardhouse, concrete roads and sidewalks underground storm drainage system with overhead water tank and deep well, clubhouse and children’s playground, central garbage bin and electrical facilities. Of the total area 1,491 square meters was developed for 11 units of townhouses which were opened for sale in July 1997. By the 1st quarter of 1998 all of the townhouses were sold.
