What is Reservation Agreement?
Reservation Agreement is a document, which formally expresses the intent of the buyer in purchasing a unit. Its main purpose is for the unit to be set-aside for the client for thirty days. 
Is my reservation fee refundable / transferable?
As stipulated in the Reservation agreement, the Reservation fee is non-refundable and non-transferable. 

TERMS OF PAYMENT

What are the terms of payments? 
- Reservation Fee- 50,000.00 (valid for 30 days)
- Downpayment- 20% of the Total Contract Price payable in 6 months at zero percent interest.
- Balance can be loan thru a third party (Bank or Pag-ibig)

Can I refund my downpayment?
As a general rule, should the buyer decide to back-out of the transaction, the downpayment will be forfeited byMegaPines Realty and Development, Inc. and is thereof non-refundable/transferable.

SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

If I am unable to personally transact with MegaPines Realty and Development, Inc. because I am out of the country what should I do? 
In case you are unable to transact with MegaPines Realty and Development, Inc., a duly notarized Special Power of Attorney (SPA) is needed in appointing a person to represent you in all dealings with MegaPines Realty and Development, Inc. In case you are outside the Philippines, a SPA notarized at the Philippines Embassy of the country of your residence is a legal document that is recognized by the Philippines and the country that you are at. 

If properly executed, it allows the appointed person to represent, act and transact in behalf of the unit owner to the extent stipulated in the SPA. 

FOREIGNERS

Can a foreigner purchase a Unit at MegaTower Residences? 
As a general rule, foreigners can only purchase condominium units but not house and lot. However, if the foreigner was born in the Philippines or if the foreigner is part owner of a company whose majority share is owned by Filipinos, than they can purchase a house and lot.

What are the additional requirements needed for the foreigner?
