Install underlying foam.
Lay panels close together on floor.
Lock in half-length panel with rotating motion.
Observe clearance.
Link panels lengthwise and transversely.
Continue in stepped fashion.
Cut last row to fitting size.
Allow space for expansion.
Ensure floor is able to "float".
Done.
