TRIGOLD SECURITY & INVESTIGATION AGENCY, INC. (TSIAI) is a duly established Agency, bonded with and licensed by the PNP- SOSIA, CSG, to operate as a Private Security Agency. TSIAI is a licensed corporation that provides security to juridical person’s offices, industrial, commercial and other establishments whether public or private, anywhere in the country, for the purpose of security and protecting properties. The Agency was established on September 26, 1997.

TSIAI specializes in security personnel detailing for corporate and/or institutional client needs from both the public and private sectors. TSIAI also provide duly qualified, duly licensed, and highly trained security guards and officers, tailored VIP Security detailing, plus surveillance and covert investigative operations.

TSIAI prides itself in its professional and skilled security force and sound organizational system. From our agency officers to our staff, field officers and inspectors, right down to our main security workforce. TSIAI has worked hard to attain the level of integrity, discipline, morale and trustworthiness that exceeds client expectations. Our Agency is staffed with efficient and security oriented Field Inspectors and Field Officers, who are licensed and trained to conduct a routine day and night field inspections and proper supervision on all posted guards of this Agency. This is to ensure that the efficiency of our guards are well maintained with 24 hours protection, and likewise to check that the requirements and preference of the client are properly observed and attended to with immediate positive effect.

Our guards while on duty are in complete uniform. Our clients have the prerogative to request and prescribe the type of uniform they wish to adopt

Compensability Claims

In the event of death due to accident or incapacitation by any injury of the guards in the performance of their duty, Our Agency assume total responsibility for it. For any all demands, claims or actions relative to their employment, including but not limited to Presidential Decrees, Labor Laws, Rules and Regulations, We are likewise fully liable to all our guards. Clients are at all times held free and blameless to the guards on matters affecting their employment. No employer-employee relationship exists between the guards and clients.

Compensation / Recovery

In case our client suffer losses through theft, robbery and pilferage or damages to property through the negligence of our security guards, our Agency will make the full compensation and arrange for the recory of it. It is however be known that we shall not be liable for any damage or losses beyond our control caused by force majeure or fortuitous events.

Liability Insurance Coverage

We provide a liability insurance coverage per occurrence for any injury to clients' employees or customers or damage to clients properties caused by our guards accidentally, except when lawfully performing their duties in protecting the interest of clients such as defending it against unlawful perpetrators or pacifying unruly employees in the event of a strike.

Operational Briefings & Security Inspection

We maintain daily routine inspection of guards and weekly assessment of our service performance.
We have a regular monthly meeting of guards and our Operations Officers personally conduct regular detachment inspections.

We maintain a good working relationship with clients by performing and doing normal courtesy and coordination calls on clients officers, charged with the supervision of our security guards.
We evaluate the performance of every guard with the help of security manager of clients on a regular basis to ensure quality of service.

Consultancy

We offer to all our clients, at no added cost, security survey and audit, consultancy on total security programs, concepts and practices to compliment and optimize the efficiency of the guards. Our key officers are all experienced in the field of industrial security. They are very much qualified and certified as professional security practitioners.

Training Facilities

We maintain a high-end and a special training facility for all of our guards.
We provide a continuous and regular training program for all our guards. However, our clients have the prerogative to adopt and recommend a training module which is tailored-fit to their requirements.
