General
Filbuild.com and its affiliates (collectively, "Filbuild" ) operate a family of Web sites and associated Web pages. Filbuild refers to this group of Web sites and/or its services as the "Filbuild Network." Any person accessing or using the Filbuild Network is referred to as "YOU."
Filbuild provides the information, services, text, graphics, links or other material ("the Content") on the Filbuild Network to you, conditioned on your acceptance, without modification, of the Terms of Use. Privacy Policy
Your privacy is very important to Filbuild. As part of the normal operation of the Filbuild Network, we may collect and, in some cases, disclose information about you. Personally identifiable information about you may be used to improve our marketing and promotional efforts, to statistically analyze usage of the Filbuild Network, to improve the Filbuild Network's content and to customize the Filbuild Network's content and layout. We believe these uses allow us to improve the Filbuild Network and better tailor it to meet our user's needs. Log Files
As with most other websites, we collect and use the data contained in log files. The information in the log files include your IP (internet protocol) address, your ISP (internet service provider, such as AOL or Shaw Cable), the browser you used to visit our site (such as Internet Explorer or Firefox), the time you visited our site and which pages you visited throughout our site.
Cookies and Web Beacons
We do use cookies to store information, such as your personal preferences when you visit our site. This could include only showing you a popup once in your visit, or the ability to login to some of our features, such as forums.
DoubleClick DART cookies
We also may use DART cookies for ad serving through Google’s DoubleClick, which places a cookie on your computer when you are browsing the web and visit a site using DoubleClick advertising (including some Google AdSense advertisements). This cookie is used to serve ads specific to you and your interests (”interest based targeting”). The ads served will be targeted based on your previous browsing history (For example, if you have been viewing sites about visiting Las Vegas, you may see Las Vegas hotel advertisements when viewing a non-related site, such as on a site about hockey). DART uses “non personally identifiable information”. It does NOT track personal information about you, such as your name, email address, physical address, telephone number, social security numbers, bank account numbers or credit card numbers. THE EXCLUSION OF DAMAGES UNDER THIS PARAGRAPH IS INDEPENDENT OF YOUR EXCLUSIVE REMEDY AND SURVIVES IN THE EVENT SUCH REMEDY FAILS OF ITS ESSENTIAL PURPOSE OR IS OTHERWISE DEEMED UNENFORCEABLE. CHANGES; DISCONTINUANCE
Filbuild reserves the right to change the Terms of Use, and you are responsible for regularly reviewing these Terms of Use. The Terms of Use may be revised, modified, amended, or supplemented by Filbuild without notice at any time for any reason. The Terms of Use shall apply to you regardless of any future transaction or dealings between you and Filbuild, or lack of any such future transaction or dealings, and shall survive the termination of any such future transaction or dealings. Your continued use of the Filbuild Network after the effective date of such changes will constitute acceptance of and agreement to any such changes. Filbuild may suspend or discontinue the Filbuild Network at any time to you and/or to others, without notice.
DISPUTE RESOLUTION
You agree that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and Filbuild as a result of the Terms of Use or accessing or using the Filbuild Network.
Unless otherwise specified, the content contained in the Filbuild Network is presented solely for your convenience and/or information. Filbuild makes no representation that the content in Filbuild Network is appropriate or available for use in other locations. Those who choose to access the Filbuild Network from other locations do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws, if and to the extent local laws are applicable. You may not use or export the materials from the Filbuild Network in violation of Philippine export laws and regulations. By accessing the Filbuild Network, or using information on the Filbuild Network, you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state courts in the City of Manila, Republic of the Philippines, to resolve disputes of any kind arising out of your reliance on the information on the Filbuild Network, or any interaction with Filbuild involving the Filbuild Network.
