About Us
We are a Philippine-based architectural design and consultancy firm which started in 1999. Since then we were involved into design, design consultancy services and design and construction of various residential houses, office and residential interiors, medium rise residential projects, memorial complexes, physical planning or land development projects, commercial and religious structures and others.
Our principal architect, Architect Wilfredo A. Gundan Jr. (click here to view resume) graduated in 1989 and has been trained from mega local architects such as Gabriel Formoso Architects in Makati who designed various Ayala Projects and high rise buildings. He was sent abroad to Malaysia to handle various projects as a project architect.
Our vision is to cater to all aspects of architectural and engineering design services on housing, building of all types, physical or master planning, project management, feasibility study and construction. This is in line with the latest form of building technology through continuing professional education, seminars, conventions, conferences and latest product exhibits and subscriptions.
