About Us
Our company was created June 12, 1998. We started out as steelwork fabricator for V.A. Aguilar Properties, Inc., Crown Asia Properties, Inc. and Household Development Corporation. These companies paved the way for us to venture into general construction business.
We once served as sub-contractor for Pro-Friends, Inc. and Rudex International. Our projects for these companies included Villa De Primarosa, Legacy Subdivision, and Casa Bonita Subdivision.
Our general manager, Engr. Ramil R. Samiley, was born on February 24, 1967 in Surigao City, Surigao del Norte. He is the fifth son of Col. Julio Garerro Samiley (Philippine National Police) and Cresencia Ordonez Reformado. A graduate of Engineering Course at Mapua Institute of Technology, he passed the Board Licensure Exam in 1992. He worked as Senior Manager for National Relations of the Sales and Marketing Department of Philippine Global Communications, Inc. (PhilCom). His 7-year stint with PhilCom had garnered him the distinction to be promoted 7 times from a rank and file position up the corporate ladder, until he opted for early retirement in April, 1998 and ventured into general construction business.
