On August 11, 1997, AMERICAN CONSTRUCTION, with office address at 92 Ordonez street corner Maroon street Concepcion Dos, Marikina City, was established as a modest business that catered to the various RESIDENTIAL and COMMERCIAL DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION SERVICES. Composed of people with a keen sense in quality and design, the company has envisioned a formation of a group of highly motivated employees working harmoniously together to deliver their best in their abilities not only in their skills but also in their spiritual, social, physical and emotional aspects.
AMERICAN CONSTRUCTION offers its expertise in the field of design and construction of European and American homes, which is very much focused in space-function-cost efficiency designing. Research and development was reinforced through actual hands-on experience of new skills and product usage. The company's drive to improve everyday and in every moment of chance has resulted in the success especially in the residential construction arena.
On November 1999, AMERICAN CONSTRUCTION joined and was accredited by the Philippines' prestigious construction industry group, the PHILIPPINE CONSTRUCTORS ASSOCIATION (PCA) after being accredited subsequently by the PHILIPPINE CONTRACTORS ACCREDITATION BOARD under the "B" classification. As an active member, AMERICAN CONSTRUCTION was chosen by the Philippine Government on April 2000, to represent our country as one of the distinguished Advisory Panel on Housing to Australia, which included D.M. Consunji, represented by Mr. Isidro Consunji, as one of the 15 member Advisory Panel. The Housing Mission proved to be a milestone for AMERICAN CONSTRUCTION because of the new technologies that were brought in by the Advisory Panel and are now presently being adopted, thanks to the initiative of the Philippine Constructors Association. The Construction Industry was evolved to higher levels of technology.
The Company has also ventured in the design and construction of other civil works such as Mall Stalls, Commercial Buildings, Office Buildings and Religious Formation Houses, Warehouses and Industrial as well as Commercial Office of Multinational establishments such as HAVI Foods (McDonalds, Kenny Rogers, Popeye's and Seattle's Best Coffee distribution plants).
The year 2003 marks the date of upgrading the status of AMERICAN CONSTRUCTION. The company evolved to a corporation now registered under the name AMEDESCON Corporation (American Design Construction Corporation). It is also the year when the President, Engr. Dionisio Salvador Jr. was elected Treasurer and membership Committee Chairman of the Philippine Constructors Association (PCA-Marikina Valley Chapter).
To date, AMEDESCON is engaged in subdivision planning and development, JEA light steel frame distributorship (Marikina-San Mateo-Pasig-Antipolo Area), landscaping and Interior Design using computer aided virtual presentations, a bold breakthrough in the construction field, and always aiming at providing for the families of the construction workers, through the fulfilling jobs that they have now and the company that they treat as their own.

b) Establishment of a research and development team that tackles continuous improvement of processes and systems in construction.
c) Establishment of a post-evaluation team that will periodically check and monitor workmanship, employee performance and also customer satisfaction.
