Google Earth lets you view the project from any angle, giving you great deal of information about the property you're interested in, information that will be invaluable come time for you to decide whether or not to purchase the property.
To illustrate how useful Google Earth can be during the buying process, let's imagine for a moment that you're interested in purchasing a condo unit at Tivoli Garden Residences (item #1 in the image below)...
Using Google Earth's ruler tool, you learn that the
- Makati Central Business District (2) is 1.6 kms away
- Fort Bonifacio Global City (3) is 4.1 kms away
- Boni Station of Metro Rail Transit (4) is 2.3 kms away
- Gil Puyat Station of Light Rail Transit (5) is 3.8 kms away
- Rockwell Shopping Mall (6) is 1.3 kms away
- Makati commercial & shopping center (7) is 2.6 kms away
- Asian Institute of Management and Don Bosco School (8) are 3.9 kms away
- Ateneo Law & Graduate School (9) is 1.7 kms away
- Manila Golf Club (10) is 3.1 kms away
- San Lazaro Hippodrome (11) is 2.3 kms away
- Guadalupe Seminary (12) is 2.2 kms away

If you have Google Earth already installed on your computer, you're ready to view the projects below. Simply follow these steps:
1. Run Google Earth
2. On the Layers panel, uncheck all layers except for Populated Places and Terrain
3. Return to this page
4. Click on the project below you wish to view
5. If there's a prompt asking you to either open or save a file, choose open

7. If there's a prompt asking you to either open or save a file, choose open
8. On the Places panel, put a check mark before Manila Landmarks

2. Install Google Earth
3. Run Google Earth
